All Hands on Deck commissioned by M Shed Industrial & Maratime Museum in collaboration with University of the West of England, University of Bristol and IC-Visual Lab.

Inspired by the Langford collection of company history booklets at the University of Bristol, photographer Alejandro Acín has drawn a journey through some of the most important businesses in the city of Bristol showing a visual transformation on the factory landscape from the end of the Second World War to the introduction of digital technologies. The stunning image collections together with contemporary images by students at the University of the West of England, create an exciting, amusing, occasionally disturbing and thought-provoking publication.

The results of this commission were a limited edition artist book.
